Once you contact us to find a company to sponsor you then there are a few steps to work through before you arrive in Australia.

STEP ONE – Initial Contact.

When you first send through your CV or Resume we will then organise a time to give you a call to discuss the positions available and to talk about the process involved in obtaining a 457 visa and employment.  A More Information Pack is then e-mailed to you.

STEP TWO – Profile Preparation.

Once you have researched all of the information regarding your move to Australia, and have committed to the process we then start gathering more details for a profile which is sent on to the employer.  Referees are also contacted at this stage.


STEP THREE – Telephone Interview.

The next step will involve a telephone interview with a manager from the sponsoring company.  Have all of your questions ready to go.  After the telephone interview we will then contact the manager and organise a written offer of employment.

STEP FOUR – Visa application.

You will be sent detailed instructions and forms to start work on your visa application.  You will also receive information about additional requirements such as; skills assessment, medical examinations and English language testing, if required.

Once your visa is approved you are then able to hand in your notice and organise flights for your arrival into Australia.  We will assist you with finding suitable accommodation for when you first arrive, in order to ensure the whole migration process runs as smoothly as possible.
